TN Sweden is looking for a Regional Account Manager to promote and sell Stryker's Orthopaedic Instruments products in the Göteborg & VGR region of Sweden. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering excellent customer service and driving sales growth.

About the Job:
  1. You will work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing customers.

  2. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.

  3. Provide expert product knowledge and training to customers, ensuring they have the necessary information to make informed purchasing decisions.

  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to drive business results.

Requirements:

  1. A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or life sciences, is preferred.

  2. Proven sales experience in a related industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

  4. Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is essential.

  5. A valid driver's license is required for regular customer visits.
