Sales Director for Southern Europe

As a Regional Sales Director for Southern Europe, you will be responsible for driving growth and success in this critical region. With your expertise and passion for sales, you will build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identify business opportunities, and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in Southern Europe
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities in the region
  • Lead and develop distributors to increase sales channels
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
  • Travel 40-60 days per year to visit customers and attend industry events

Requirements

  • Proven track record of sales success in international markets
  • Strong understanding of industrial product sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Fluent in English and at least one additional European language (Italian, Spanish, Portuguese)
