We are expanding our presence globally, targeting industries such as energy, metals, and more. As a Regional Sales Director, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers in Southern Europe.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Identify business opportunities and negotiate deals
  • Lead and develop distributors
  • Analyze market trends and competition
  • Adapt sales strategies to stay ahead of the competition
  • Manage Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Greece, with potential expansion into other markets

About You

  • Extensive experience in international sales of industrial products
  • Technical university degree, preferably in engineering or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in sales leadership and development
  • Experience in selling complex technology solutions is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English and at least one additional European language (Italian, Spanish, Portuguese)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
