We are seeking a skilled Sales Director to lead our efforts in Southern Europe.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on establishing and connecting with new sales channels in this region, leveraging your strategic and operational skills to drive growth and success.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing sales strategies and growth plans
  2. Building and maintaining customer relationships
  3. Identifying potential customers and negotiating deals
  4. Leading and developing distributors
  5. Analyzing the market and competition
  6. Adapting the sales strategy to maintain the leading position

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in international sales of industrial products, preferably in our five key segments.

A strong understanding of selling products from various perspectives, such as Life Cycle Cost, sustainability, and service, is essential.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, team player, and problem solver.

They should be fluent in at least one of the following languages: Italian, Spanish, and/or Portuguese.
