Regional Business Development Director

Job Description:
The Regional Business Development Director will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive business plan to drive dealership growth and performance across the region. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a network development strategy to attract new dealer partners
- Executing a market representation business plan that achieves volume and share growth objectives
- Managing performance improvement growth processes at underperforming dealerships
- Coordinating with relevant resources to adjust business processes and align task roles
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in business management or engineering
- At least 8 years of experience in the automotive industry within the hiring regions
- Expertise in business acumen, including financial statement interpretation and dealer performance analysis
