Job Description

  • As Regional Sales Director Sweden, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and expanding Ejendals' business in Sweden.
  • You will manage new business integration into Sweden and ensure overall business performance.
  • You will communicate effectively within the function and support functions.
  • You will lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring motivation and success.
  • You will participate in strategic business negotiations and deals.
  • You will contribute to setting a strategic direction for commercial growth.
  • You will develop long-term strategy and business planning, taking full ownership of region's profitability and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure efficient and profitable planning and delivery of sales strategies.
  2. Manage and integrate new business into Sweden.
  3. Lead effective internal communication within the function.
  4. Lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
  5. Plan and participate in strategic business negotiations.
  6. Act as a member of the international commercial leadership team.
  7. Take full ownership of region's profitability and growth.
