Job Description
- As Regional Sales Director Sweden, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and expanding Ejendals' business in Sweden.
- You will manage new business integration into Sweden and ensure overall business performance.
- You will communicate effectively within the function and support functions.
- You will lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring motivation and success.
- You will participate in strategic business negotiations and deals.
- You will contribute to setting a strategic direction for commercial growth.
- You will develop long-term strategy and business planning, taking full ownership of region's profitability and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient and profitable planning and delivery of sales strategies.
- Manage and integrate new business into Sweden.
