Regional Sales Director Nordics

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our team in the Nordics region. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for guiding growth with our largest enterprise customers headquartered in Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Sweden.
Responsibilities
- Lead a regional team consisting of experienced sales executives to achieve assigned financial targets by expanding and developing existing named accounts through direct sales models.
- Achieve set objectives by formulating account strategies, managing team performance, and coaching talent to drive business results.
- Engage with customer executives to support account teams in implementing account strategies and promoting Autodesk technologies to maximize sales results.
- Deliver accurate forecasts of the business and provide regular feedback to product and marketing teams to improve product offerings and identify areas for growth.
- Collaborate with leadership to agree on common targets and activities, ensuring alignment across the organization.
- Develop and retain talented team members through effective recruitment, hiring, coaching, and performance management practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading high-performing sales teams that sell enterprise software solutions with subscription-based models.
- Strong understanding of digitalization trends and their impact on enterprise customers in various industries.
- Proven ability to build relationships at multiple levels within an organization, driving customer engagement and loyalty.
- Familiarity with Autodesk technologies and their applications in driving business outcomes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized institution.
