Job Overview:
We're looking for a seasoned sales leader to oversee our Customer Base account executives. As Regional Sales Director, you'll be responsible for leading a high-performing team that drives growth within our existing customer base in Sweden and Norway. Your expertise will help us capitalize on strategic accounts, build strong relationships, and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Key Qualifications:
- 12+ years of field sales and management experience, preferably in SaaS companies focused on upselling and renewals within existing customer bases.
- Proven track record of success in managing complex sales cycles, including sales leadership experience in team selling environments.
- Strong relationships with partners and alliances, particularly in the cloud/SaaS/ERP space.
