Job Summary

Sinch, a pioneering Customer Communication Cloud company, is searching for a skilled Enterprise Director to spearhead our Nordics region's growth strategy.

This senior leadership position requires expertise in account management, sales development, and team leadership to drive revenue expansion and profitability.

Key Accountabilities
  • Strategically manage key accounts to achieve maximum revenue potential and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a high-performing account management team, fostering collaboration and skill-sharing across the region.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor go-to-market strategies in sync with global objectives, emphasizing business development and retention.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to explore new business opportunities and enhance Sinch's market presence.
  • Establish Sinch as the trusted advisor to key clients through consultative selling and tailored solutions.
  • Optimize business operations within budget constraints, focusing on operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Desirable Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Substantial commercial experience, preferably in the communications sector or related fields.
  • A comprehensive understanding of regional markets and connections within the industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience managing diverse sales teams across various locations.
  • Expertise in client engagement and negotiations, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven outcomes.
  • Fluency in English, along with knowledge of Adobe Campaign and Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem considered advantageous.
