We are seeking an experienced Regional Tender Manager to join our team in the Nordics and Baltics region. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the tender process, developing high-quality tender bids, and driving revenue growth and market penetration.
Responsibilities:- Manage the tender process, ensuring compliance throughout the organization.
- Develop and execute commercial plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Lead cross-functional teams in strategic tender shaping projects.
- Monitor contract compliance and collaborate with local sales teams to maximize sales and profitability.
- University degree in Business or related field.
- Proven business acumen and competitive mindset.
- Experience in building commercial plans and executing short- and long-term strategies.
- Background in sales or commercial roles within the Healthcare Industry.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and engage stakeholders.
