Key Responsibilities
  • Owning the tender management process and ensuring compliance throughout the organization.
  • Providing education and coaching to sales and marketing teams on commercial and tender management issues and opportunities.
  • Leading strategic tender shaping projects to ensure alignment with the overall growth strategy in the region.
  • Securing high-quality tender bids through effective leadership and collaboration.
  • Monitoring and managing contract compliance to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Managing price/volume and mix to secure a healthy pricing structure within different markets.
  • Building trust-based relationships with key stakeholders to support commercial outcomes.
  • Gaining a deeper understanding of local barriers and constraints to develop commercial solutions.
