Elekta is seeking a results-driven professional to join our team as a Regional Account Growth Expert. This position plays a vital role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth across the Nordic region (Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial action plans to drive sales and after-sales service solutions.
- Identify and qualify customer needs across our full product suite.
- Manage public tenders from initial engagement to contract signing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a clinical or business-related field, OR equivalent experience in the medical device industry.
- Radiotherapy, Radiosurgery, or Radiation Oncology workflows knowledge is preferred.
- Capital medical equipment sales and negotiation experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Autonomy and teamwork abilities.
- English and Nordic language fluency.
