Role Description

Sinch, a leader in the Customer Communication Cloud space, seeks an experienced Commercial Operations Expert to lead our Nordics region.

This role involves overseeing all aspects of the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from key account management to revenue growth and team leadership.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Deliver sustainable revenue growth through effective account management and sales strategies.
  • Lead a high-performing account management team, providing coaching and support to ensure sales teams excel across the region.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that align with global objectives, focusing on business development and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients, establishing Sinch as their trusted advisor.
  • Ensure seamless business operations, prioritizing operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness within allocated budgets.
Essential Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Extensive commercial leadership experience in the communications industry or PaaS.
  • Robust knowledge of regional markets and connections within the industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience managing diverse sales teams across various locations.
  • Proven expertise in client engagement, negotiations, and result-driven sales.
  • Fluency in English, with knowledge of Adobe Campaign and Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem considered beneficial.
