Your Mission
The Enterprise Account Growth Manager at UiPath will be fully responsible for revenue growth across our commercial segment of customers and prospects in Sweden. This includes new as well as existing clients. We are looking for a sales professional who can operate up and down the client organization, from C-Suite decision makers to operational stakeholders. You will be part of a growing sales team based in Sweden that is comprised of committed, entrepreneurial and high-energy software sales professionals and enabling team members. We work every day with our clients to create value with our enterprise platform offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze the territory potential and develop sales strategies to maximize revenue across the territory. These sales strategies are captured in detailed Account Plans.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within a quarterly schedule.
- Evangelize UiPath's brand in the marketplace by presenting, promoting and selling our solutions by leveraging a value selling approach.
- Educate customers on how our solutions can benefit them financially and professionally.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships in the territory.
- Develop trusted relationships with local partners and global systems integrators to cultivate new opportunities and drive successful customer implementations.
- Partner with the CSM team to ensure that customers receive maximum value and expedite customer issues as they arise.
- Monitor our industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs.
You Will Thrive Here If
- You have multiple years of solution/value selling SaaS experience directly with C-level for commercial Accounts across multiple industries.
- You can communicate new and complicated concepts in an easy-to-understand way that creates a high level of desire for the solution.
- You have been successful in quota attainment YoY, growing a client portfolio, through new business acquisition as well as through account expansion.
- You possess a high aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and cross-functional influence internally and externally.
- You have a strong ability to navigate a client organization and develop key points of contact in multiple departments and multiple levels of leadership.
- You provide valuable insights into how to improve the customer's business operations.
- You have a research and data-driven approach to account planning.
- You can proactively identify opportunities from business-led discussions.
- You possess highly developed critical thinking skills to solve customer problems and to bring deals to fruition when roadblocks are present.
- You can sell to a financial buyer based on value and a business case rather than feature and function.
- You are fluent in Swedish and English.
