About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our sales team in the Nordic region. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your expertise and take ownership of your sales strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop a deep understanding of our industry and customers' needs and pain points.
  2. Collaborate with our Business Development, Customer Success Department, and Leadership team to identify new sales opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve sales goals.
  3. Provide expert advice and support to guide customers through the sales process.
  4. Present and demonstrate the value of our solution to prospective buyers, highlighting its unique benefits and competitive advantages.
  5. Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle to ensure their needs are being met and provide ongoing support to drive conversion.
  6. Compile and analyze data to identify trends and optimize sales performance.
  7. Maintain and update accurate records of contact information and sales interactions.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years proven sales experience in a B2B SaaS context, preferably as a Senior Account Executive.
  • Strong knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
  • Drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while hunting for new opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Results-driven with a sense of urgency, able to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with the OEM landscape in the Nordics, including manufacturing and aftermarket knowledge.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate personality, committed to delivering exceptional results and growing with our company.
  • Self-driven and proactive, persuasive, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands.
