About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our account management team as a Senior Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our portfolio of enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision makers within accounts to sustain business revenue and maximize delivery of mutual value.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the enterprise software industry.
- Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior decision makers and internal stakeholders.
