About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our account management team as a Senior Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences across our portfolio of enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision makers within accounts to sustain business revenue and maximize delivery of mutual value.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in the enterprise software industry.
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior decision makers and internal stakeholders.
