Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the lead point of contact for all client-related matters across services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, providing regular business updates.
- Client Growth, Profitability & Budget Management:
- Manage growth, profitability, and budgets for assigned clients.
- Client Delivery Oversight:
- Lead and enhance delivery processes to maximize performance.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and improved margins.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require 3+ years of account management experience, 2+ years of project management experience, and previous management experience is highly valued. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Communication, Marketing) is also essential. You should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, proven ability to manage multiple client projects efficiently, and a business development mindset with a creative approach to finding win-win solutions. Fluency in English is required, both spoken and written.
