In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 25 enterprise customers within a specific market, ensuring successful onboarding, product adoption, and overall satisfaction with the Bannerflow marketing cloud platform. You will drive customer retention and revenue growth through strategic customer projects, quarterly business reviews, and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by facilitating a smooth onboarding process and ensuring seamless integration with our platform.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase customer engagement and adoption, resulting in increased revenue growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to lead key customer projects, driving success and delivering results.
- Regularly review and assess customer satisfaction, identifying opportunities to enhance and improve.
- Foster long-term relationships with customers, prioritizing their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities, driving revenue growth and expansion.

- Proven track record of success in Customer Success management, with a strong understanding of the SaaS industry.
