About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Account Growth and Partnerships Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion through strategic partnerships with our sales partners.
Your primary focus will be on establishing and maintaining successful business relationships with our sales partners, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
You will be responsible for:
- Sales Strategy Development: Work with our sales partners to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Territory Optimization: Analyze and optimize territory plans to ensure that our sales partners are equipped to meet and exceed their sales targets.
- Partner Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of our sales partners, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their results.
- Training and Enablement: Ensure that our sales partners have access to relevant training, information channels, and product range updates to support their success.
