- Stay abreast of market developments and affiliate marketing changes to maintain Raketech's leadership position.
- Ensure consistent achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to traffic, revenue, and growth.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or in similar roles within fast-paced digital industries.
- Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams, emphasizing talent density and employee engagement.
