The Position:

  • Pursue new business opportunities by establishing relationships with potential partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a deep understanding of Raketech's service portfolios to effectively communicate their value.
  • Stay abreast of market developments and affiliate marketing changes to maintain Raketech's leadership position.
  • Ensure consistent achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to traffic, revenue, and growth.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or in similar roles within fast-paced digital industries.
  • Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams, emphasizing talent density and employee engagement.
