Senior Partnership Developer

The successful candidate will lead the expansion of our rider partnership portfolio, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement in rider engagement. They will develop and implement initiatives to drive retention and promote company initiatives to over 7000 riders in the fleet.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement partnerships to increase rider engagement.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to execute national rider events.
- Monitor and maintain a positive rider Net Promoter Score through regular feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in project management or a related field.
- Approximately 2 years of experience in project leading, partnerships, or HR.
- Familiarity with project management systems and Google Workspace.
- Prior experience working in last mile delivery or international teams is beneficial.
- Fluency in English; Swedish proficiency is a plus.
