Role Summary

The Senior Partnerships Manager will play a critical role in driving the growth of our Æntidote program by developing and executing strategies to recruit and cultivate relationships with Ambassadors.

This individual will be responsible for leading the development of Æntidote activation programs, building strong relationships with Ambassadors, and meeting ambassador needs through a variety of initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Activation Program Development: Develop and execute Æntidote activation programs that meet the needs of our customers (labels and artists), balancing their need to drive streams with our monetization on YouTube.
  2. Ambassador Relationship Building: Recruit and build strong relationships with Ambassadors aligned with our vision, including negotiating and meeting budget expectations, balancing reasonable ROI with creator initiatives and fees.
  3. Ambassador Needs Assessment: Conduct a thorough assessment of ambassador needs and develop a program that meets those needs, such as curation, bespoke music, non-monetary incentives, rev-share, etc.
  4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Æntidote team to strategize and implement plans that address ambassador and customer needs, fostering ambassador motivation and ensuring long-term program engagement.
