Job Description

As a Senior Partnerships Manager for our brand new Æntidote program, you will have a unique opportunity to experiment with new business models built to utilize our network, know-how, and technology to grow other music catalogs via Creator Activations.

Your role centers on recruiting and cultivating relationships with Ambassadors who align with our vision, while also designing a program to fulfill their needs.

  1. Develop a Winning Activation Program: Lead the development of Æntidote activation programs that meet the needs of our customers (labels and artists), balancing their need to drive streams with our monetization on YouTube.
  2. Build Strong Relationships: Oversee the recruitment and building of strong relationships with Ambassadors aligned with our vision, including negotiating and meeting budget expectations, balancing reasonable ROI with creator initiatives and fees.
  3. Meet Ambassador Needs: Contribute to developing a program that meets the ambassador needs, such as curation, bespoke music, non-monetary incentives, rev-share, etc.
  4. Collaborate and Strategize: Collaborate with the Æntidote team to strategize and implement plans that address these needs, and the needs of the customers, to foster ambassador motivation and ensure long-term program engagement.
  5. Represent the Team: Coordinate and represent the Æntidote team at creator events when possible, while developing and establishing relationship-building activities within the community.
  6. Exceed Sales Targets: Meet and exceed an elevated sales target.
