Job Description

As a Partner Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and increasing Ztorm's market share through strategic partnership development and account management.


Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective account strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and partner objectives.
  2. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with your account portfolio, including wider commercial relationships.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partner initiatives.
  4. Stay ahead of gaming industry developments, including upcoming releases and market trends, to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in business development, account management, or related roles, ideally within the gaming industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Swedish.
  • A deep understanding and genuine interest in the gaming industry, including trends, digital distribution dynamics, and market drivers.
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
