The Role

As a Regional Sales Manager, you are responsible for driving sales and profitability for Electrolux in northern Sweden. In this role, you will work with both our shop-in-shop concept and our franchise organization. Your experience as a retail leader and your analytical skills will be crucial in achieving your goals.

  • Lead and develop sales and profitability for Electrolux in northern Sweden.
  • Serve as the main contact for franchisees and act as a coach and advisor.
  • Analyze and share insights on market development and optimize our product range.
What's Required
  • Experienced leader with a strong background in retail leadership.
  • Analytical person. Accuracy is key to seeing opportunities and identifying areas that need improvement. You see the bigger picture of what can be achieved through continuous development efforts.
  • Quality-conscious person. With quality at its core, we always aim for a good result directly, but also positively emotionally towards the people we meet.
  • Fluent Swedish and English speaker. Fluent Swedish is a must, and a very good knowledge of English is necessary to function effectively in our international organization.
