Regional Sales Director and Strategy Expert

We're seeking an experienced Sales Leader to drive new business sales growth in their region, leveraging their expertise to outperform the competition and deliver outstanding results. As a key member of our leadership team, this individual will develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our business plan, collaborating with Sales Operations to drive sales process improvements and foster effective working relationships with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy for the region, aligning with our business plan and collaborating with Sales Operations to drive results.
- Lead direct Sales Executives to drive rapid new business sales growth, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure team excellence.
- Foster effective working relationships with Solution Consulting, Business Units, Professional Services, Marketing, our Partner community, and the ServiceNow executive team.
- Manage indirect Digital Sales Teams, including Sales Development and Inside Sales teams, to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A proven track record of new business sales success, including presentation and negotiation skills at the C-Level.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas and goals.
- Ability to understand the 'bigger picture' and business drivers around IT, building long-term strategic and senior-level relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt and work effectively within a rapidly changing and growing environment, driving sales process improvements and fostering collaboration among teams.
- Built self-motivated sales teams that embrace a culture of collaboration, enthusiasm, and overachievement.
