We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven professional to lead our sales initiatives in Scandinavia. As Director of Aviation Sales and Strategy, you will be responsible for coordinating and aligning sales activities in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland.

Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in a leadership role within the aviation industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Nordic region market trends, regulations, and dynamics.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in aviation management or a related field, with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in aviation, focusing on leadership and strategic management.
