MBR Partners is a leading player in the Telecoms software and services space, with a global presence and a team of over 30,000 professionals.
The Sales Director will be responsible for pursuing new business opportunities and growing existing ones by developing and implementing sales strategies focused on Telia and other major Telco Service Providers in Sweden. Our company's software and services cover a wide range of areas, including BSS, CX, Marketing, Cloud migration, OSS, 5G Core, Charging, Policy, and Digital Transformation.
This role involves new business hunting and cross-selling, requiring a high-impact contributor who can build long-term partnerships with existing and new customers. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with key purchasing decision-makers, executive sponsors, coaches, and influencers to extend the reach of our company.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
- Act as a problem solver, creating innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction and retention through continuous improvement and excellent service delivery.
- Demonstrate value to customers by understanding their desired outcomes and delivering results that meet their expectations.
