Key Responsibilities:
The Nordic Sales Leader will be responsible for leading a regional team of Named Accounts Sales Executives to expand and develop existing named accounts through direct sales. This involves working closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities and implement effective strategies to drive growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with a proven track record of achieving financial targets. They will be expected to build strong relationships with customer executives and support account strategy implementation. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing team performance, developing and retaining talent, and coaching the team on a regular basis.

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional who is passionate about building relationships at multiple levels of an organization and supporting customer-facing interactions as an executive sponsor.
