TN Sweden is a leading provider of Intelligent Automation software, enabling organizations to streamline business processes and improve customer satisfaction. We're seeking a highly accomplished Director of Software Sales to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth.
About the RoleThis is a leadership position responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals consistently on a quarterly and annual basis. The Director of Software Sales will work closely with our sales teams to create and manage a strong pipeline of new business in both existing customers and prospects.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals consistently on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective sales processes.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of successful sales leadership experience, preferably in the software industry. They will possess a proven track record of multi-year success consistently exceeding individual quarterly and annual quotas in each prior sales leadership role.
