At MBR Partners, we are seeking a highly accomplished Sales Director Lead to spearhead our client's sales strategy. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in selling software and services to Telia, with a proven track record of closing large and complex deals.

The successful Sales Director Lead will be responsible for building long-term partnerships with existing and new customers, extending and developing positive relationships with key purchasing decision-makers, executive sponsors, coaches, and influencers. They will also be accountable for winning customer-valued network offerings and demonstrating value by understanding the desired customer outcome and what it is worth to the customer.

To succeed in this role, the Sales Director Lead must have at least 10 years of sales experience in the telecommunications industry, with deep, demonstrable relationships at Telia. They should also possess excellent interpersonal communication, collaboration, and team-building skills, as well as executive-level communication and presenting skills.

We are looking for a strategic thinker who can develop and execute sales strategies across different markets, leveraging their expertise in telecommunications, networking, and cloud services.
