Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to drive new business sales growth in their region, leveraging their expertise to outperform the competition and deliver outstanding results. As a key member of our leadership team, this individual will develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our business plan, collaborating with Sales Operations to drive sales process improvements and foster effective working relationships with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for the region, aligning with our business plan and collaborating with Sales Operations to drive results.
  • Lead direct Sales Executives to drive rapid new business sales growth, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure team excellence.
  • Foster effective working relationships with Solution Consulting, Business Units, Professional Services, Marketing, our Partner community, and the ServiceNow executive team.
  • Manage indirect Digital Sales Teams, including Sales Development and Inside Sales teams, to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record of new business sales success, including presentation and negotiation skills at the C-Level.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas and goals.
  • Ability to understand the 'bigger picture' and business drivers around IT, building long-term strategic and senior-level relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt and work effectively within a rapidly changing and growing environment, driving sales process improvements and fostering collaboration among teams.
  • Built self-motivated sales teams that embrace a culture of collaboration, enthusiasm, and overachievement.
