Director of Sales and Growth

We are looking for a Director of Sales and Growth who is passionate about driving business success and building strong relationships with our clients. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Develop and execute sales plans to target new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on our cash management, FX hedging and payment products.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on sales activity and performance using Salesforce.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals in the FX industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients at senior levels.
- A deep understanding of the needs and goals of businesses from a treasury and budgeting perspective.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
