4. Contribute to setting a strategic direction for commercial growth, working closely with the international commercial leadership team.
5. Take ownership of the region's profitability and growth, driving long-term strategy and business planning.

Requirements
For this role, we are looking for a sales leader with:
1. A proven track record of driving business growth and profitability in B2B industries.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and empower teams.
3. Strong strategic and commercial acumen with a data-driven approach.
4. Experience managing a P&L in a competitive market.
5. Fluency in Swedish and English.
