Job Description
As Regional Sales Director Sweden, you will lead, develop, and expand Ejendals' business in Sweden, ensuring profitability, customer engagement, and market growth. Your responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, managing new business integration, effective internal communication, and leading a high-performing sales team. You will also participate in strategic business negotiations and contribute to setting a commercial growth direction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have genuine experience in sales leadership, primarily in B2B industries. A proven track record of driving business growth and profitability is essential. Strong leadership skills, strategic and commercial acumen, and data-driven approach are highly valued. Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
