Sales Engineering Role at TN Sweden

TN Sweden, a leading manufacturer of innovative piping products and services, seeks an experienced Sales Engineer to promote and develop our HVAC products and systems in Sweden.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote the Victaulic System for binding applications and HVAC products to key stakeholders in Sweden.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve results, reporting regularly to the Sales Director on activities and market information.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers, contractors, and distributors on the proper installation and use of Victaulic products and systems.
  • Liaise with local distributors to ensure effective information flow and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Visit job sites to monitor the installation process of Victaulic Systems and provide training to contractors as needed.
  • Handle product claims and work closely with the Corporate Engineering department to resolve any issues.
  • Collaborate with finance personnel to collect receivables from customers.
  • Coordinate with other sales colleagues in the territory to drive business growth.

About You

  • You should have a university degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, preferably with a minimum of 5 years of technical experience.
  • A strong understanding of the piping industry is essential, along with the ability to quickly acquire knowledge and skills if needed.
  • You must have commercial acumen, a customer-oriented approach, and a result-driven mindset.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English is required, with additional language skills being an asset.
  • You should be able to travel up to 75% of the time, possessing a strong communication style and professional appearance.
