Key Responsibilities
  • Provide alignment of proposal with Operations, Business Solution Group, IT and other departments involved e.g. HR, Finance.
  • Analyze and reflect customer business requirements for both solutions and services we want to provide.
  • In conjunction with Sales team, provide professional presentations or demonstrations for clients addressing specific business cases.
  • Support operational/delivery excellence through precise requirements delivery for implementation of solutions/services.
  • Meet with assigned clients when needed and perform an initial assessment of a problematic or required situation to ensure comprehensive requirements are gathered for new opportunities.
