**Job Summary:**
We seek an experienced Customer Success Manager to play a pivotal role in guiding users through their journey with Power. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identify opportunities for growth and development, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Developing and strengthening customer relationships through effective communication and support
- Providing training and resources to empower users to get the most out of Power
- Efficiently managing issues and concerns
- Driving innovation and improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of education in a technical field
- Experience working with SaaS services and solutions
- At least 3 years of experience in customer success or customer support
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in sales or business development
- Experience working in smaller companies or startups
- Proficiency in German or other languages
