About the Job:
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team at SOTI Inc. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing and sending quotes to customers via Salesforce, processing orders and invoices accurately and timely, and supporting the Account Manager and other sales staff with their daily tasks and responsibilities. You will also assist with support ticket escalations and follow up with customers until resolution, act as an out-of-office backup for the Senior Account Manager and other sales staff, and coordinate with marketing, product development, and customer service departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
