Job Description

The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for equipping our sales team with the necessary skills, knowledge, and support to excel in lead sourcing, CRM management, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Onboarding and Training:
    1. Develop comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires to ensure seamless integration into the team.
    2. Design and deliver training sessions on product knowledge, sales methodologies, objection handling, and industry best practices.
    3. Collaborate with sales leadership to continuously assess team skills and identify areas for improvement, implementing targeted training as needed.
  2. Lead Sourcing and Generation:
    1. Conduct market research to acquire contact lists for marketing and sales outreach.
    2. Design effective strategies for lead sourcing and lead generation.
    3. Develop resources and guidelines for identifying high-quality leads and engaging potential clients.
    4. Monitor lead generation efforts, analyze performance data, and suggest improvements for consistent pipeline growth.
  3. Sales Playbook and Scripts:
    1. Work closely with Commercial leaders to develop and refine Sales Playbooks and scripts for Sales Reps.
    2. Monitor Sales calls and identify key learnings and areas for improvement.
  4. CRM Management:
    1. Optimize the CRM system to ensure it is a valuable tool for the sales team.
    2. Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure CRM data quality and accuracy.
    3. Develop and document CRM usage guidelines for the team.
  5. Contact Management and Compensation:
    1. Establish standardized legal contracts with Legal, Sales, and Customer Success.
    2. Collaborate with Revenue Operations on OTE models and work with Team leads to assess individual performance.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    1. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure aligned messaging and up-to-date sales materials.
    2. Act as a bridge between sales and other departments, facilitating feedback sharing and using it to refine sales processes and tools.
