About the Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Client Value Partner, responsible for driving customer success and adoption of Celonis' process mining technology.

As a member of our Value Engineering team, you will work closely with our most strategic customers to deliver tailored solutions that meet their evolving needs.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on customer outcomes and contribute to the growth of Celonis.

Main Accountabilities:
  1. Customer Success and Adoption
    1. Oversee the customer value journey, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of Celonis' technology.
    2. Influence key customer stakeholders through executive communication, product knowledge, and industry expertise.
    3. Work closely with senior stakeholders to establish the Celonis program roadmap and detailed value plans.
    4. Drive value realization and adoption within accounts, ensuring timely project completion, client satisfaction, and meeting usage and adoption targets.
  2. Community Engagement and Advocacy
    1. Organize and lead customer advisory boards to address industry-specific challenges and innovations.
    2. Represent the voice of the customer within the company, ensuring alignment of product development and service offerings with industry needs and customer feedback.
    3. Drive customer presence and sponsorship at key Celonis and industry events.
    4. Collaborate on innovation or new asset development in specific domains, contributing to playbooks, resources, and tools for the value engineering team.
