About the Job

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as Regional Chief Customer Success Officer. This role involves overseeing the transformation of customer care into customer success in the Nordics & CEE region.

As a key member of the management team, you will lead a team of professionals across six countries, ensuring a best-in-class approach to customer interactions. You will be responsible for shaping the future of customer success, harmonizing tools and processes across the region, and driving a stronger commercial focus in customer interactions.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in customer success, customer service, or commercial operations, with 10+ years of experience. They should have a sales and customer-centric mindset, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English.
