We are now looking for a highly skilled professional to join our leadership team as Regional Chief Customer Success Officer (CCSO). In this strategic role, you will be responsible for shaping the future of customer success, harmonizing tools and processes across the region, and driving a stronger commercial focus in customer interactions.
Responsibilities:- Transition customer service into customer success by defining and implementing a strategy that increases focus on sales and retention while maintaining high service quality.
- Lead and develop a team of over 140 customer success, consulting, and sales professionals across six countries.
- Standardize best practices, tools, and automation to improve efficiency and scalability across all markets.
- Closely collaborate with Commercial, Product, and Tech teams to enhance the overall customer journey.
- 10+ years of experience in customer success, customer service, or commercial operations, preferably in a technical, multi-market environment.
- Able to set a vision for transformation while engaging in operational execution.
- Strong understanding of driving revenue through customer success.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale transitions across multiple markets.
