To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Business or equivalent, and up to 2 years of experience in B2B Customer Support or Customer Success.
  • Strong learning, communication, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to new situations.
  • Passion for tech, finance, and innovation, with excellent communications skills in both Swedish and English.
