We're a cutting-edge Learning Management System provider, empowering organizations to enhance training, collaboration, and performance. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers achieve exceptional value from our platform.
Your Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with customers, helping them unlock the full potential of Learnifier's platform.
- Develop strategies to improve customer retention, reduce churn, and maximize customer lifetime value.
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and proactively address challenges, ensuring customer success at every stage of the journey.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align customer needs with business goals.
- Use CRM tools to monitor customer health, track progress, and report on key metrics.
- Provide feedback to the Product team to inform ongoing improvements and innovation.
- Foster a customer-first mindset and promote a culture of continuous learning and collaboration within the team.
What We're Looking For:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A proven track record in Customer Success or Key Account Management, preferably within the SaaS or software industry.
- A strategic mindset and hands-on experience in developing strategies to retain customers and drive business growth.
- Enterprise experience managing relationships with large, complex customers, navigating their organizational structures, and delivering impactful results.
- Customer retention expertise, demonstrated by reducing churn, improving retention metrics, and delivering measurable customer outcomes.
- Tech-savviness, with familiarity with CRM tools and the ability to use data to guide decisions.
- Exceptional communication skills in both Swedish and English, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Cross-functional problem-solving skills and a passion for helping customers succeed.
