The Role

As an Account Partner for Veeva Development Cloud, you'll represent the Vault Development Cloud and Quality Solutions team for selected Pharma and Biotech companies. Your responsibilities include nurturing relationships, winning new business, overseeing renewals, and offering innovative solutions.

Your key tasks will be:

  • Managing and extending relationships with key stakeholders across Business, IT, and C-level
  • Developing and implementing account vision, strategy, and ways of working
  • Serving as the custodian for customers within Veeva by focusing on their needs and doing the right thing for them
  • Managing complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate
  • Staying current with industry trends and engaging customers in addressing their business challenges
  • Acting with urgency, integrity, and a focus on the customer
  • Meeting/Exceeding pipeline generation and revenue targets

Requirements

  • 5 years+ combined experience across sales, account management, and consulting services
  • 3+ years of account management within the Life Science industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Enterprise Sales experience with Life Science Software Solutions
  • Strategic account planning and execution skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work with a wide range of customers, from end users to C-level
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision
  • A passion for solving customer business problems
  • Team-first mentality
  • Business-level fluency in Danish and English
