Customer Success Team Lead

We're on a mission to revolutionize the way we deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you'll be responsible for leading a diverse group of 20 Customer Success Managers (CSMs), including Senior and Enterprise CSMs.
Your main goal will be to create happy users by providing the most satisfying experience possible. To achieve this, you'll oversee the team's day-to-day operations, set and achieve goals for your team and its members, and contribute to department-wide objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the team's daily tasks to ensure efficient completion.
- Set and achieve team and individual goals, aligning with departmental targets.
- Monitor KPIs with your team and overall, in collaboration with the Head of Customer Success.
- Lead and delegate projects, coach team members, and provide support for their growth.
- Support team members with customer and internal cases.
- Play a vital role in driving success in the North Europe markets, benefiting both customers and Teamtailor.
- Foster strong collaboration with all departments within Teamtailor.
- Take initiatives to improve team performance and development, as well as projects for the Customer Success department.
