Customer Success Lead

As a Senior Customer Engagement Manager at Mastercard, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. You will act as a coach for our customers, supporting them in implementing our products and solutions, and conduct platform demonstrations, training, and hosting webinars.
You will lead assigned delivery projects, ensuring contractual objectives and delivery on-time goals are met. You will research and deliver solutions for complex problems and respond to inquiries, identifying areas of improvement and tracking project & task updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Acting as a coach for our customers, supporting them in implementing our products and solutions
- Conducting platform demonstrations, training, and hosting webinars
- Leading assigned delivery projects, ensuring contractual objectives and delivery on-time goals are met
To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience in delivery of SaaS solutions or data products, with a proven track record of working in Customer Delivery or Consulting. You will possess a customer-centric mindset, strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with both business and technology stakeholders.
