Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to potential customers visiting our store or attending events.

Responsibilities

  1. Engage with customers to identify potential leads and create a pipeline of prospects through active interaction and data capture.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, answering questions and objections, and selling potential leads on the test drive experience.
  3. Manage and organize captured lead data, maintaining accuracy and completeness in CRM systems.

What You'll Bring

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and engage with customers.
  • Strong knowledge of Tesla's products, including vehicles, solar panels, and energy storage solutions.
  • Ability to communicate information in an easy-to-understand manner.
