Role Overview:
This sales role is centered around building and maintaining strong relationships with decision-makers in the Hospitality industry, with a focus on securing new customers for our core hospitality products and services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing accounts within the United Kingdom and Ireland, reporting directly to the Senior Account Commercial - DACH-Nordics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Sales Development plan, incorporating market research and customer insights.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual new business sales targets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers, extending service contracts and exploring upselling opportunities.
- Monitor and maximize revenue opportunities, ensuring business profitability and efficiency.
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer/partner inquiries, escalating complex issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Precision-complete sales documentation, adhering to established processes and standards.
- Lead on creating and delivering engaging new business presentations to customers, showcasing our unique value proposition.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, leveraging data-driven insights to inform sales strategies.
- Share timely information with the manager and other internal teams, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Contribute to the broader sales team, sharing best practices and ideas to support colleagues in achieving set objectives.
- Represent the company professionally, embodying our values and mission.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in new business sales, preferably in the IPTV and networking industry.
- Previous sales experience selling to hospitality operations and an understanding of hospitality technology.
- Knowledge of current sales techniques and skills in developing a sales pipeline and sales development plan.
- Track record of managing and delivering new business targets.
- Familiarity with the French hospitality industry would be advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills in a similar sales environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Organizational, planning, and sales preparation skills.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Fluent English and 2 Nordic languages.
- Passion for sales: Proven ability to drive sales in a fast-growing company.
- Self-management: Display evidence of resilience, drive, self-control, and personal presentation.
- Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate integrity, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills.
